are lab-grown diamonds real?
Yes. They are diamonds, grown in a lab from a carbon seed instead of mined from the ground. Chemically, physically and optically identical. The only real difference is where they came from, and the price.
what is VVS clarity?
Very very slightly included. Any inclusions are so small they are difficult to find even under 10x magnification, and invisible to the eye. Every piece we sell is VVS1 or VVS2.
how long does delivery take?
Two to three weeks from the moment we confirm your stone. Shipping is free to Hong Kong and Malaysia, insured and tracked with FedEx or DHL, and you get the tracking number as soon as it leaves us.
are there duties or taxes to pay?
We ship from Hong Kong. Hong Kong is a free port and charges no customs duty on jewellery, so nothing is added to an order going to Hong Kong. Anywhere else, your own country may charge duty or tax when the parcel lands, and that part is yours to pay. We declare every parcel at its full value, so nothing sits in customs.
how do i care for my jewellery?
Warm water, a drop of mild soap and a soft brush. Dry with a lint-free cloth. Keep it away from chlorine and harsh cleaners, and store each piece separately so the metal does not scratch.
